Biarritz Sports And Classic Cars (Bscc) is pleased to offer this Jaguar XK8 Convertible

Launched in 1996, the XK8 heralded the revival of Jaguar, owned by Ford at the time.

It shared the same chassis as the Aston Martin DB7. The inline V8 engine signalled a new era for Jaguar, abandoning the inline 6 cylinder engine developed in the 60s.

This beautiful XK8 has had only two owners, the last one for almost 10 years.

The car has been serviced at Jaguar up to 70,000 km and then by an independent.

The gearbox was changed in 2016 at 83,000 km.

The 4.0l V8 engine and the ZF gearbox will allow you to "cruise" with your hair down on the small roads.

The 293hp developed by the engine allows quite honourable performances with 0-100km/h in 6.7s and 249km/h in top speed. It is, however, more of a velvety, leather and wood-paneled pleasure car than a sports car. It is to be driven smoothly to enjoy the comfort of the car.

The road test is consistent with the British charm of a Jaguar. Smooth ride and suspension, the ZF automatic gearbox is very pleasant, this is a nice GT in 2+2.

This car is available with a warranty of up to 12 months and financing of up to 84 months.
