It is a type AZL. The L standing for "Luxe". 

The options are  : A ridge on the bonnet in polished aluminium and a boot door with a lock. 

More visibility thanks to a larger rear window 

More effective anti-fog system 

The colour of the steering wheel seat frames, the steering column and the gear lever ball have been lightened to brighten up the interior... 

 

This 2CV was restored from a new chassis in 2018. 

As the pictures show, almost everything on the car has been revised. We are probably talking about 1000 man-hours to get to this level of restoration. 

 

This car has only had 3 owners since 1960, the first one from 1960 to 2018, as the Histovec report testifies. 

 

The road test is consistent. The 12hp from the small 425cc engine makes for a nice ride. It brakes straight and normally for a 2hp. The centrifugal clutch is functional and quite practical in town.
