The 911 2.2 was the first evolution of the 911. The T (Touring) version corresponds to the "carburettor" version, 2 Weber carburettors on this model, all developing 125hp

For the transmission, it is equipped with the famous 5 reverse gearbox with the first one at the bottom

 

This 911 is one of the 911's to have been manufactured by Karmann in 1971 (less than 2000 examples)

 

The « Histovec » report indicates 4 owners.

This 911 is not "matching numbers".

 

It has benefited from a nice restoration in the spirit of the origin.

Chassis, bodywork, engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension and electrics have been revised.

A file of restoration invoices for more than 55000 Euros over the last 10 years is available.

 

Its appearance has been discreetly made sportier with the disappearance of the chrome strips on the rocker panels (typical of the C series), short springs to lower the body, wide tyres (205 55 R15)

 

On board, you are instantly in the early 1970s. The controls are simple and efficient, the large steering wheel allows you to turn the wheels without too much effort.

The engine starts easily, the gears shift smoothly, the braking is without surprise.
